ABOUT "THE GLAIVE"

In its second year, The Glaive staff and Raider Writing Center are delighted to present to you the second edition of The Glaive!

Named after a Raider's sword, The Glaive is Riverwood International Charter School's official literary magazine which seeks to provide a creative outlet to the students of Riverwood to share their own, personal literary masterpieces whether it be in the form of an essay, poem, short story, dramatic piece, meme, image, or other fictional or prose work. In addition, The Glaive also provides a platform for the students, parents, faculty, and other community members of Riverwood to read, relate, enjoy, and embrace literature for its complex and infinite beauty.

Lastly, The Glaive is sponsored by English teacher Christy Toledano with contributing help from students Hayden Irlbeck, Shane Kleber, Chandler McCleskey, Brigid McEntyre, Jonah Menikoff, Mat Fluker, Rachel Menikoff, and Andrew Wyatt.
